MatanMobility ("MatanMobility") and its affiliates, wholly owned subsidiaries, and successors (collectively, referred to as "MatanMobility", "us" or "we") provide you with access to and use of our website www.matanmobility.com (the "website" or "site") and to any of its sub-domains and related MatanMobility sites or MatanMobility services (our "services"). These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use" or "Agreement" or "Terms of Use Agreement") govern and apply to your use of and reliance on this MatanMobility website, as maintained by MatanMobility, as well as any service(s) offered through this MatanMobility website. Please read these terms carefully. By accessing the site and/or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Use and agree to them and to comply with them. If you do not agree to all these Terms, you may not have access to or use of the MatanMobility website or services.

This Terms of Use Agreement contains terms and provisions that shall control how claims will be resolved between each of us. For example, see the following sections below: Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability, Limited License, Disclaimer, Indemnity, Unlawful Activity, Void where Prohibited, and Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. This Terms of Use Agreement also contains a provision in which we agree to Arbitrate any and all claims between us, which will, with limited exception, require you to submit claims you have against MatanMobility and our agents, if applicable, to binding and final arbitration that is governed and controlled by the American Arbitration Association for consumer-related disputes ("AAA"). If you initiate an Arbitration against MatanMobility, you will only be able to pursue claims on an individual basis against MatanMobility and our agents, if applicable, and you will not be permitted to pursue claims as a plaintiff or representative or class member in any class action or proceeding, including representative, arbitration, consolidation, class, or multiple-party actions or proceedings. Furthermore, you will only be able to seek relief on an individual basis. For the most part, your relief will be limited to monetary, injunctive, and/or declaratory relief. See the Arbitration terms and provision below.

The following terms and conditions govern all use of the matanmobility.com website (the Site) and the services available on or at the Site (the Service). The Service is owned and operated by MatanMobility. The Service is offered subject to acceptance without modification of all the terms and conditions contained herein (the Terms of Use) and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by MatanMobility.

In order to access some features of the Site, you will have to create an account. You must submit a valid email address and select a password and a username or email address during the registration process. You may never use another’s account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. Failure to do so will constitute a breach of the Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You must not:

• Select or use as a MatanMobility username a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person.
• Use as a MatanMobility username a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization.
• Use as a MatanMobility username a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

MatanMobility reserves the right to refuse registration of or cancel a MatanMobility username at its sole discretion. You are solely responsible for activity that occurs on your account and will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

You may never use another user’s account without such other user’s express permission. You will immediately notify MatanMobility in writing of any unauthorized use of your account or other account-related security breach of which you are aware.

The information, content, and materials provided on this site are for general informational and educational purposes. Certain sections of this website are intended for particular audiences, including MatanMobility’s customers, members of the MatanMobility community, and the general public. Your access to and use of the information contained on this website are subject to this Terms of Use agreement. By accessing and using this website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms of this Agreement.

Access to certain features of our sites may be limited to authorized users (“Authorized Users”) who have registered with us to create a user account (“User Accounts”). Authorized Users may be subject to additional terms specific to the site or the services offered. If registration is required, you agree that all information you provide will be accurate, current, and complete, and you will keep such information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your user name and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur through your User Account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your User Account. We reserve the right to reject or otherwise terminate access for any user at any time.

You agree that MatanMobility may collect and use data that relates to your device, operating system, applications, GEO Location, and IP Address/Location that is gathered periodically to facilitate the distribution of software updates and other communications related to the application (if any). You further agree that MatanMobility may use this data and information for continuous improvement of the application.

This MatanMobility website may contain links, hyperlinks, or references to other websites maintained or controlled by third parties over whom MatanMobility has no control. Use of such websites is subject to separate terms of use and privacy policies not controlled by MatanMobility.

Inclusion of any third-party link does not imply an endorsement or recommendation by MatanMobility. MatanMobility is not responsible for and does not routinely screen, approve, review, or endorse the contents of or use of any of the products or services that may be offered at such websites.
